There are times when I woke up on the wrong side of bed and felt cranky even before I start the day. But a friend shared that I can address the gloomy feeling when I light a candle beside my bed. I think I read somewhere that lighting a candle is one of the things we can do to create a healthier morning routine. A lighted candle they say “awakens your connection to the light of consciousness”. So, what do you think have you tried this morning routine yet? Does it help ease the unhappy feeling in the morning?
