We always look forward to join field trips every school year especially when the itinerary includes museum as one of the places to be visited.
Our most memorable trip was the tour at the UPLB Museum of Natural History in Los Banos, Laguna, where we saw preserved biological and zooligal specimens like the stuffed owl below.
See other MM entries here.
wow, your post is up early! 😀
thanks for joining us this week! that does remind me of the owl in harry potter.
Mukhang nakakapagod ang field trip ah… hehehe.

Cool field trip. Galing ng mata ng owl.:D
Kami mayroon bukas. Wish me luck. 🙂
@Chris just want to make ‘bawi’ for the previous week(s) absence.
@Z super-duper nakakapagod talaga!
@Twinkie parang alive at nakatingin din ang owl to my direction while taking the picture. Sigurado enjoy kayo niya sa field trip. 🙂
I should say ‘zoological’ not ‘zooligal.
i really thought that the owl was alive bec it looks so real!
wow ang ganda pala sa UPLB Museum! Parang tutoo ung displays! I wish mapadaan kami diyan! Thanks for sharing!
museum tours are indeed educational. 🙂 Nice take on this week’s theme. Mine’s here.
that museum is indeed cool….we have been there nung huling field trip ng anak ko….
reminds me not just of Hedwig but of Pagaspas as well..
Mommy Moments ko
Wow! Nice that you have photos here.. :] Ang cute nya with the owl! 🙂
Cool field trip. I wish we had a museum in our town. Thanks for adding me btw, will edit my list later tonight. Have a good weekend 🙂
@Mai oo nga I prefer Museum than going to malls as part of the school field trip.
@Thanks Evan’s Mom. I wish you’ll have a great weekend, too. 🙂
I like the first pix. Parang buhay na buhay pa ung owl.
Thanks for the visit mommy and comment mommy. Trulili, masarap kumain at madaling magpataba pero hiram magpapayat nyahahaha…
@Onlinemommy maganda rin siya palakihin at iframe. Nakakatuwa talaga ‘yung owl.
I miss LB. I remember visiting that place. Great
photos. Happy weekend!
that’s very sweet to go with children in these important trips with them!
Blessings to you!
Your Daily Word
This reminds me of some of my favorite exhibits at the Chicago Museum of Science and Industry. My daughter says, “Ewww, gross!” but my son and I are fascinated. I love taking “field trips” with my kids.
@Sassy Mom. Thanks. Have a nice weekend too.
@Mike one way of bonding with them too.
@Holly, field trips expose kids to a lot of new interesting stuffs and broaden their knowledge at the same time. I, too, enjoys accompanying my kids to field trips.
OMG buhay pa ba ang museo sa LB? the last time I was there mejo maagiw na haha..
Thanks fro dropping by at my entry..ikaw ang una haha at dahil jan ikaw ay wagi hehe
Make or Break
Naku pehpot nakikipagkontrata na ang anak ko birthday niya sa July 20, gusto ng puppy o pusa, ang hirap kasi he can’t even take care of his pet turtle mabuti na lang less maintenance lang ‘yung poor pet.
