I will cook ‘Binagoongang Baboy’ (Pork in salted shrimp paste) today. I’ve been thinking of this sumptuous Filipino dish since yesterday. I’m no expert cook in the kitchen, but at the rate my meal is prepared and ‘devour’ by my kids and hubby, I think I’ll pass as assistant cook to my favorite chef Rosebud Benitez (whose show is regularly aired in Ch. 11).
Here are the basic ingredients of Binagoongang Baboy based on what my mother taught me. For this recipe, I’ll be needing;
1 kilo of pork cut into small pieces
1/2 cup of alamang (shrimp paste)
