When its Friday, it’s definitely food tripping day. I have two dishes on my menu for today. Presenting my boiled veggies with fermented fish sauce.
Toss in squash, string bean, tomato, onion and Kangkong leaves to a boiling water with three tablespoon of bagoong isda. Let it simmer and there you have it.
Does this look like calamares to you? Wrong. It’s fried onion rings. My fist time do this. Taste approval: two thumbs up. π Visit other food trippers here.
I miss the boiled fresh veggies terribly!yeah, bagoong isda is the best partner!
