I did it!

I had misgivings about joining the weight loss challenge at first.

Exercise and diet is something that I dread as I’m used to spend so much time in front of the computer or lie on the couch to watch my favorite tv shows.

I thought I wouldn’t be able to survive the strenuous and painful exercises and moderate food intake after only a few days. But I did.

It was through the challenge that I’ve opened my eyes to a lot of things such as giving importance to my health and wellness.

From the last weigh-in, I lost 7 pounds (and still losing some more).

I can only shout for joy for the desire to continue the challenge.

(I’m also sporting a new look, thanks to MySalonTools hair shears of the stylist who cut my hair.)
