Get rid of toxic thoughts and negative relationships. You only have time and energy for things and people who bring you joy.
If you notice that a person is bringing your spirits down, try to spend less time with them.
If your job is stressing you out, consider starting to look for a new one. None of this is simple to do — but it’s worth making an effort to change.
