How many times has it happened to you that you’re in an extremely important family occasion and, of all things, you’ve forgotten to bring your digital camera. Before you start pulling your hair out of sheer frustration, remember that you still have a worthy alternative- your camera phone. You may be quick to conclude that it’s highly impossible to get quality shots with your camera phone, but you couldn’t be more wrong.
When taking photos using your trusty camera phone, it’s best to shoot your subjects at close range. Using whatever zoom features your phone has may compromise the quality of the picture.
Since most camera phones have no flash, be sure to take pictures under good lighting conditions.
To avoid camera shake, you can lean against a hard surface such as a wall as you shoot. Also, since camera shutter speeds are so slow, hold your camera still for a bit longer after you’ve taken the shot, to make sure that you don’t capture your subject as you are moving away from it.
