No, I am not pertaining to electronic systems that we use. I am talking about how we do things, or shall we say how the government and other people do things.

When I was studying, I would be really happy to wake up only to find out that our classes was suspended because of severe flooding or that heavy rain is expected to come. That is fine, I do not get wet and I can simply go back to sleep in my scrub tops.

Now that I have children who go to school, I cannot understand why our government agencies cannot predict the weather properly causing late cancellation of classes! If they work before, why can’t they make it work now?
