Omelette:
Sauté left-over ham in butter together with green and red bell pepper and then add-in egg to make an omelette. Season to taste. Best paired with toasted bread soaked in butter.
Chicken lollipop:
Chicken lollipop dip in flour, egg and parmesan cheese. Fry it until golden brown. For soup, sauté green and red bell pepper, grated yellow corn, put in milk, diced cheese and simmer. Season to taste.
Mashed potatoes:
Simmer potato include the skin, mashed, add-in cheese, placed spring onion. Season to taste.
