We purchase a small tv set for my father in law last month and we have yet to send it to him. We bought it from a surplus shop and the reception is not very clear. Even if we use an antenna you can’t still get a clear reception. Someone suggested that a tuner should be installed to replace its existing tuner. My husband is too busy to look for a new tuner; do you have an idea where can I buy a tv tuner? My brother in law who knows how to fix tv set said I could only buy it in electronic shop. I might rush to the nearest mall in a bit to buy a tuner.
